Statultra Analysis Limited is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through the service. We collect and process personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.
2. Categories of Data Collected
We collect: full name, email address, country code, encrypted passwords (argon2id), login timestamps, masked IP addresses, session cookies, and subscription transaction histories. We do not collect credit card data, bank account numbers, or national identification numbers.
3. Data Subject Rights
Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to your data, rectification of inaccurate records, objection to processing, and erasure of your personal account. Account deletion initiates a 7-day cooling-off period, followed by complete anonymisation of personal attributes. Financial records are retained for accounting and compliance as required by Kenyan law.
