1. General Position
Due to the immediate digital delivery of proprietary market data and analysis, subscription fees (9 USDT for 30 days) are generally non-refundable once an access period has commenced, except in documented cases of technical duplicate charges or billing disputes verified by support.
2. Manual USDT Refund Procedure
In accordance with Part 9.7 of our operating rules, all approved refunds are processed manually by the owner from the company TRON wallet. Refunds are never automated. The subscriber must confirm their receiving TRON address via support, which is verified character-by-character before transfer.
